
If I were starting completely from scratch today, here’s exactly what I would do.

Once the boxes arrive, I’d spend the first few days putting them all together. Then I’d head to Sam’s Club or Costco, load up on the best-selling candies (lollipops work well for me) and fill every single box.
After that, I’d wait for the list of my 25 locations to come in, usually within 5–10 business days. As soon as I got those addresses, I’d plan out my delivery route and start placing the filled boxes.
I’d wait three to four weeks after placing each box before going back to collect for the first time. That gives the boxes time to build up good sales.
